Each class is 45 minutes long. Class times will be assigned upon receipt of all registration forms. Placement will be determined following registration.
Upon receipt of all registration forms, a special menu of healthy and delicious gormet food choices will be emailed to each participant. All menu preferences and selections must be submitted no later than June 27th, 2016.
